Registrations for the arbitrator of the 1st CSD-ABPI Moot, Competition for Arbitration in Intellectual Property, which will take place on the 3rd of July, in the morning and afternoon, through the zoom platform, are open until June 18th. The only requirement required of candidates is to have a law degree. With 14 teams registered, including renowned universities and law firms, the competition is being promoted by ABPI’s CSD-ABPI (Dispute Settlement Center) and promises to bring interesting debates on arbitration, trademarks, copyright and industrial design.
